Donetsk, Apr 26 – DAN. DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko ordered to establish a dedicated executive agency – DPR representative body in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) and in negotiations.
"I hereby order to establish a dedicated executive agency – DPR representative body in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) and in negotiations", the decree reads.
DPR Operative Command chief of staff Ruslan Khalilovich Yakubov is named the head of the representative body.
The newly established agency is responsible for monitoring the Minsk Agreements implementation; interaction with Russian and Ukrainian representatives in the JCCC, SMM; participation in resolving disputes over the Minsk Agreements implementation; assisting in the implementation thereof; participation in negotiations over the Minsk Agreements implementation.
DPR Head is to control the application of the decree. The document came into force on the day it was signed, April 18, 2017.*ot
