Donetsk, Aug 11 - DAN. Residents of Kiev-controlled territory of Donetsk Region are entitled to free tickets for the 1st international theatre festival ‘Mizanstsena’ (Stage Setting) in Donetsk on 18-24 September 2017.
“We plan to invite viewers living in Kiev-controlled areas of Donetsk Region,” Donetsk National Academic Musical and Drama Theatre press service said on Friday. “Theatre friends have a unique opportunity to reserve the best seats with SMS messages. This group of viewers can attend the festival for free.”
The festival programme includes performances by theatre companies from Moscow, Bryansk, Vologda and DPR. The event is held as part of the Donbass people reunification humanitarian programme.
Festival tickets are on sale starting 11 August.
On February 17, DPR and LPR Heads Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitskiy launched the Donbass people reunification programme. It provides for medical and financial assistance, quotas for higher and vocational education, sport competitions and various events to preserve spiritual and cultural values in which residents of Kiev-held territory are welcome to take part.*jk
