Donetsk, Oct 29 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic has a powerful resource and industrial potential which will take it to the world level, director of Black Shield Capital Investment Fund (Switzerland) Periklis Katsiolas told the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“From my point of view, Donbass can become one of the super success development stories in the world,” Katsiolas said. “It’s necessary to move towards this goal and achieve it.”
He noted the DPR’s high resource and industrial potential as well as top-notch skills of the Republic’s specialists.
“Donbass is a special territory. Investors across the world follow the unspoken rule not to invest in unstable regions, but this case is an exception. I don’t understand why I can’t I invest in Donbass, in the DPR; it’s a traditionally well-developed territory in central Europe,” Katsiolas said.
