Donetsk, Nov 16 – DAN. An OSCE SMM unmanned aerial vehicle missing since October 27 has been found in Kiev-occupied Kurakhino and is to be relocated from the JFO zone, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.
"At this moment, the UAV is located in the HQ of the 28th brigade in Kurakhino and is expected to be relocated out of the JFO zone shortly. Several officers led by the intelligence dep head are tasked with transporting it."
Basurin said that the JFO operation commander Sergey Naev ordered to take UAV to the research institute of the Antobov enterprise, evidently to be used as a sample for production of Ukrainian drones.
"As to our knowledge, the UAV is to be delivered to the Kurakhino railway station by the ZIL-131 truck, plate number 4649 Р5 escorted by three vehicles. After that it will be taken to Kiev," Basurin said.
The SMM UAV went missing on October 27, DPR military and police have been dispatched for search operation. Later the drone was found in Ukrainian territory. *ot
