Donetsk, Dec 14 - DAN. DPR authorities view as destructive Canada’s decision to lift restrictions on weapons supplies to Kiev, DPR envoy to Minsk talks, People’s Council spokesman Denis Pushilin told reporters on Thursday.
“Weapons supplies to the territory of the state which continues its destructive actions causing civilian casualties lead to aggravation and escalation. Canada’s actions are destructive,” Pushilin said.
Earlier, Canada authorised exports of automatic weapons to Ukraine. Canada’s legislation commits the government to reviewing imports/exports applications on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the country’s international and defence policies. *jk
