Donetsk, Sep 7 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic will name its new envoy to the Minsk talks in the near future, said acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin who earlier represented the Republic at the Contact Group negotiations.
“The decision on who will represent the DPR in Minsk has not been made yet. There are many worthy people in the Republic who can represent Donetsk. The envoy will be named shortly,” Pushilin told reporters.
Earlier on Friday, the DPR parliament appointed its speaker Denis Pushilin as acting head of the Republic. The parliament set November 11 as the date for parliamentary and head of the Republic elections.*jk
