Donetsk, Mar 15 – DAN. DPR and LPR envoys to Minsk negotiations Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deinego accused Ukraine of violating the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings.
"We are compelled to say that Ukraine absolutely disregards norms of international law and as a result violates the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings," the envoys said in their statement.
They reminded that Ukrainian special services regularly carried out terror and sabotage attacks at fuel and energy infrastructure, communication and transport infrastructure in DPR and LPR aiming at destabilizing social, economic and political situation in the Republics.
"We address the international community and human rights organizations asking them to pay close attention to Ukraine's violations of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings."
The International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings was adopted by resolution A/RES/52/164 of the UN General Assembly on 15 December 1997.*ot
