Donetsk, Jul 6 - DAN. A vehicle bearing symbols Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) symbols delivered a group of Ukrainian servicemen from the reconnaissance company of the Ukrainian army’s 10th brigade to the Novgorodskoye settlement area outside Gorlovka, Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Tuesday.
“Our intelligence learnt that a group of four servicemen from the reconnaissance company of 10th Brigade arrived in the area of the Novgorodskoye settlement (renamed to New York by the Ukrainian authorities - eds Donetsk News Agency),” Basurin said. “It is noteworthy that a white ZIL vehicle bearing Ukrainian symbols at the JCCC was used do deliver the gunmen.”
The DPR militia said it that it did not rule out provocations on the frontline during the work of the Contact Group.
Earlier, Basurin said that the Ukrainian office at the JCCC planned to falsify reports on the situation on the contract line between Ukraine and the DPR by recording attacks that never happened.*jk
