Donetsk, Nov 30 — DAN. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has said that the new NATO-Ukraine cooperation program is provocative in nature.
“It is perfectly clear that NATO intends to continue interaction with Ukraine, ” the Kremlin representative said. “Yes, this is what we dislike and this is what we consider as NATO actions that are quite provocative with regard to our apprehensions about security.”
