Donetsk, Sep 29 — DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic State Defense Committee has drawn a list of 142 persons who are deprived of the right to their real estate which reverts to the Republic’s property starting Thursday.
The list comprises representatives of the criminal underworld, business and the political and law-enforcement system of Ukraine. It includes former Donetsk mayor Alexander Lukyanchenko, former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka, criminal leader Vladislav Dreger, former Ukrainian Interior Minister Vitaly Zakharchenko, oligarchs Sergey Kurchenko and Rinat Akhmetov, head of the Opposition Platform — for Life political party Yury Boiko, leader of the Communist Party of Ukraine Pyotr Simonenko, and former Ukrainian Healthcare Minister Raisa Bogatyryova.
The document says that the titles and other proprietary rights of these 142 persons, are terminated <…> to their real estate located in the DPR territory <…> which reverts to state property without compensating the cost of this property to the owners.” *jk
