Donetsk, Jul 22 – DAN. A water main of the SDD water duct in northern Gorlovka has been damaged by Ukrainian shellfire, the city mayor Ivan Prikhodko said.
"The Seversky Donets – Donbass duct was damaged close to the Shakhta 6/7 township area. Left pipe of 2300 mm diameter was damaged, bringing a pumping station to a halt at 6.55 a.m."
Zaitsevo also came under fire, houses at 1,3 and 5 Rudnyeva street are on fire.
The DPR Mission to the JCCC has dispatched a team to confirm the report.
The SDD water duct is the key water facility in Donbass. It routinely comes under shelling by Ukrainian forces, which leave population without water supply and damage vital infrastructure. *ot*pp
