Donetsk, Jun 14 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired nearly 160 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas over the past 24 hours, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.
“Overall, Ukrainian army units expended 160 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.
Donetsk and its suburbs, Dokuchayevsk and the southern villages of Kominternovo and Novolaspa came under enemy fire, he added. The JCCC recorded seven ceasefire violations over the reporting period.
Earlier on Thursday, reports said a resident of the Alexandrovka neighbourhood in western Donetsk was wounded in shelling by Ukrainian army units.*jk
