Donetsk, Jan 12 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire seven times over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the indefinite ceasefire seven times expending 35 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Fire was delivered at the Spartak village, the Trudovskaya and Zhabunki neighbourhoods in the outskirts of Donetsk and the Sosnovskoye village in the south of the Republic. The enemy used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms.
On top of that, the JCCC recorded two explosions during engineer works at Ukrainian army positions in the Avdeyevka town area.
No civilian casualties or damage to civil infrastructure were recorded in the designated period.
In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian servicemen violated the ceasefire once firing 14 rounds of ammunition at the DPR.*jk
