Donetsk, Jul 18 - DAN. Two kindergartens were damaged in Donetsk in shelling by Ukrainian forces on Thursday, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported.
“Kindergartens No 229 and 269 located at 1 Gradostroitelei Str. and 5 Gradostroitelei Str. sustained shelling damage,” the report said.
Fire was delivered from the Peski village with 120mm and 82mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers and small arms, the JCCC added.
Earlier, an elderly woman in the same area suffered a shrapnel wound to the leg.*jk
