Donetsk, Feb 12 – DAN. Traffic has been restricted on two highways connecting the DPR and Russia as weather conditions deteriorated, the Ministry of Transport said.
"Starting from Feb 12, 8 a.m. passenger and freight traffic is restricted until further notice on the Т-05-07 Donetsk – Uspenka checkpoint and Т-05-08 Donetsk Sedovo highways," the statement reads.
Temporary limitations are also in place on:
С051716 highway from /Т-05-17/ – Ternovoye - Petrovskoye;
Т-05-22 highway from /Н-21/ – access road to Saur-Mogila;
С051730 highway from /Н-21/ – Manuilovka – Dmitrovka.
A commission on preventing and tackling emergencies and for proving fire safety has been established due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The traffic on highways from Donetsk to Uspenka and Novoazovsk was restricted on February 6 as severe weather settled in across the Republic.
In the past 24 hours, DPR first responders pulled out of snowdrifts a bus full of passengers and an ambulance. *ot
