Donetsk, Oct 19 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office filed criminal cases against Ukrainian army brigade commanders and their subordinates complicit in shelling the Republic on October 15-18, the PGO press service reported on Tuesday.
On October 15 and October 17, 10th Mountain Assault Brigade servicemen followed the order of their commander Vyaseslav Kotlik and opened fire at Gorlovka damaging windows of two houses. On October 17, 25th Separate Paratrooper Brigade under the command of Oleg Zenchenko delivered strikes which damaged the electrical substation “Razdolnaya” leaving the Verkhnetoretskoye and Krasny Partizan settlements without electricity.
The next day, 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade shelled Donetsk damaging the production shop of the Donetsk Mechanical Plant, four houses, a utility shed and a car.
Eight criminal cases were opened against Ukrainian army brigade commanders and their subordinates over act of terror (DPR Criminal Code Article 229, Part II).*jk
