Donetsk, Jun 30 - DAN. The building of Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade located in Kalininskiy district partially collapsed due to foundation wall washout caused by heavy rain, a DPR law-enforcement officer told Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“Rain in Donetsk caused a washout of the building’s foundation; as a result partial collapse occurred,” the source said. “The earlier reports alleging a terrorist attack have not been confirmed.”
