Donetsk, Sep 3 - DAN. Four of the 12 central Donetsk restaurant blast victims are currently in medium severity condition, Donetsk People’s Republic Health Care Minister Alexander Oprischenko told the Donetsk News Agency on Monday.
An explosion ripped through the Separ restaurant in the centre of the DPR capital at around 17:00 on August 31, killing the Republic’s Head Alexander Zakharchenko and his guard. Another 12 people were wounded; five of them were hospitalised and first aid was provided to another seven at the scene.
“As of now, the condition of four victims including DPR Council of Ministers deputy chairman Alexander Timofeyev is assessed as medium severity,” the minister said.
Oprischenko said that the fifth hospitalised patient, head of the Oplot Donbassa public organisation Natalia Volkova was in critical but stable condition.
“All the patients are receiving necessary medical assistance,” he added.*jk
