Donetsk, Oct 26 - DAN. A natural gas explosion damaged a house in central Donetsk, according to preliminary version, a DPR law-enforcement source told Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“According to preliminary reports, it was a domestic gas blast,” the officer said.
Some 40 units of specialised equipment and about 40 DPR Emergencies Ministry personnel are engaged in the rescue effort at the scene.
Reports said two people had been hurt in an explosion in a five-storey house in central Donetsk. The accident occurred in Krasnoarmeiskaya Street in the vicinity of city Hospital No 5 on Thursday afternoon.*jk
