Over 2,000 patients received chemo in DPR hospitals over the year

Donetsk, Jul 3 – DAN. Over two thousand patients had chemotherapy in DPR hospitals in a year (since July 2016), said DPR acting Minister of Health Alexander Oprischenko.

"Over the last year 2,039 patients were given chemotherapy; 6,118 treatment sessions took place."

The DPR Ministry of Health provides therapy to both DPR residents and those living in Kiev-controlled territory; patients with oncology and oncohematological illnesses are eligible for treatment in DPR. *ot
