Donetsk, Feb 18 – DAN. The OSCE SMM monitors have arrived to the site of explosions in central Donetsk and are exploring the craters.
Earlier today the DPR mission to the JCCC said that three improvised explosive devices went off in the center of Donetsk next to administrative buildings and the Park Inn hotel where the OSCE SMM members live.
One of the versions is that the IEDs were UAV-borne.*ot
