Donetsk, Apr 9 - DAN. Six new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the DPR Healthcare Ministry press service reported on Thursday.
“Preliminary tests identified six new COVID-19 cases in the DPR on April 9,” the report said. “As of 17:30 on April 9, the DPR had recorded 13 COVID-19 cases including a child.”
Five new patients are members of a family or friends of DPR residents who earlier tested positive. Another COVID-19 case was confirmed in a DPR resident who returned from Moscow on April 6.
“The patients are in satisfactory condition; no deterioration is observed. No coronavirus-related deaths have occurred in the DPR,” the Republic’s Healthcare Ministry said.
Earlier reports on Thursday said that 18 people with suspected CÖVID-19 had been taken to DPR hospitals over the past 24 hours.*jk
