Donetsk, Mar 24 – DAN. Nine Ukrainian soldiers deserted their units over the week, six of them are armed, said the head of the DPR People's Militia command press service Daniil Bezsonov.
"Due to the postponed rotation, the morale in the Ukrainian 58th brigade sank lower. On March 22-23, nine service members deserted their units, six of them were armed."
The command is cooperating with the ministry of internal affairs, border guard and national guard to find the defectors. "Checkpoints and crossing points have been alarmed," Bezsonov said.
