Donetsk, Aug 28 – DAN. More than 25 thousand customers of the Novoazovsk, Telmanovo and Starobeshevo districts remain without power following an emergency situation at a substation in Ilovaisk.
"A 110 kV line of the 110 kV 'Avangard' power substation suffered an emergency shutdown" leaving 12,500 customers in the Novoazovsk district, 12,859 customers in the Telmanovo district and a number of customers in the Starobeshevo district without power.
