Kiev provides security guarantees to facilitate repairs at DFS

Donetsk, Dec 26 – DAN. Kiev mission to the JCCC has provided security guarantees to carry out repair works in the vicinity of the Donetsk water treatment plant (DFS), said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

"The Ukrainian side has provided security guarantees to carry out repair works in the vicinity of the DFS, works started at 10 a.m."

First, demining was carried out. The DFS staff is present at their workplaces to launch the plant after repairs are complete.

The JCCC representatives on the both sides monitor the process.

The DFS was cut off the grid in the morning December 25 after the feeding line was broken. *ot
