Donetsk, Feb 25 - DAN. Kiev army units fired at the Ukrainskoye village in the Sea of Azov area on Thursday, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
Fire was delivered from the Kiev-controlled Pavlopol settlement area at around 15:32; Ukrainian forces expended 15 automatic grenade launcher rounds, the JCCC said adding that the enemy had also fired grenade launchers at the outskirts of the Vesyoloye village outside Donetsk.
Earlier reports on Thursday said that Ukrainian forces deliberately fired at Yelenovka in order not to allow the humanitarian aid convoy of the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross to enter the DPR via the only operating crossing point which is located in the settlement.*jk
