Donetsk, Jan 8 – DAN. Several thousand Donetsk residents and guests have gathered in the city center to celebrate the Christmas on January 7, DAN correspondent reports.
The Father Frost and Snegurochka the Snow Maiden and other fairy tales characters entertained children, who also rode horses, kids cars and self-balancing scooters.
A magic chest was installed on the central square to collect presents for orphans. A lot of people were seen to donate sweets, toys and other gifts.
The guests of the event could also buy honey, hand made souvenirs and other goods at the fair set up on the square.
Christmas celebrations took place in other cities and towns across the DPR, including its frontline areas. *ot
