The First Deputy Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov has stated that Donbass integration with Russia is going steadily, as he was speaking at the Donbass-Russia Cooperation conference in Moscow today.
"I think our meeting is closely monitored by Kiev, not only by Russians. Let them know that the friendship between Russia and Donetsk and Lugansk is strengthening."
The conference is attended by the members of Federation Council, representatives of the DPR and LPR authorities, members of Russia's Civic Chamber, and experts. Three sections are working; the plenary meeting is expected at the end of the day. *ot
