Donetsk, Jun 29 - DAN. Partial collapse of the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade located in Kalininskiy district was caused by an explosive device blast, DPR Emergencies Minister Alexey Kostrubitskiy told Donetsk News Agency as he announced preliminary results of the probe.
“According to preliminary information, an unidentified explosive device went off collapsing several floors of the building,” the minister said.
The ongoing rescue operation at the scene involves 80 Ministry personnel and 12 units of equipment, according to Kostrubitskiy. He also said that no one was hurt in the incident. *jk
