Donetsk, Jun 3 - DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic authorities plan to renovate 62 apartment houses under a government programme in 2021, DPR Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities Sergey Naumets said on Thursday.
“Our renovation plans for 62 apartment houses envision repairs of supporting structures, central heating etc,” Naumets said. “As of now, we’ve renovated nine houses and are working on another eight.”
Major repairs of slated or flexible roofs of 78 houses are expected. The programme also envisions repairs and modernisation of 151 elevators, he said.
The renovation works are carried out under the DPR government resolution on improving performance indicators of “systems and facilities” in the Republic’s housing sector in 2021.*jk
