Donetsk, Feb 8 - DAN. The opening ceremony of the second Donetsk People’s Republic office in Italy is planned for February 9, the DPR Foreign Ministry press service said on Friday.
“On Saturday, February 9, 2019, the opening ceremony of the second DPR representative office will take place in the city of Verona,” the press service said.
The centre will perform representative functions and help carry out joint awareness campaigns to bolster the DPR international image and promote economic, socio-cultural and academic ties with foreign states, it added.
The ceremony will take place at Via Lucania 16, Verona , at 13:00, Moscow time.
It is going to be the DPR’s 6th centre in the European Union and the second in Italy. The first opened in Turin on December 14, 2016.*jk
