Donetsk, Sep 15 — DAN. A road map to draw a plan for waste management system in the Donetsk People’s Republic has been detailed in Moscow, DPR Prime Minister Vitaly Khotsenko said on Thursday.

“We’ve signed a road map with Russian Environmental Operator Director General Denis Butsayev to draw a regional plan for waste management system, ” Khotsenko wrote on Telegram.

During the meeting which was held in Moscow, the parties also discussed the project to build a waste recycling complex in the Mariupol EcoTechnoPark, he said.

“Russia has a well-tuned solid waste management system and our task is to synchronize, in order to create a similar system in the Donetsk People’s Republic. It will help us develop a more caring and responsible approach to the environment, ” Khotsenko said.

Earlier, Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov passed public utility vehicles and solid waste containers to the DPR.*jk
