DPR residents have prepared cases to file with the European Court for Human Rights demanding 130 bln of rubles from Ukraine as a compensation for damage caused, said Elena Sishkina, a DPR legislator, speaking at the meeting of Public Commission on Estimating Damage caused by Ukraine.

"Since the commission started working, 1,200 DPR residents have been informed and 1,050 decided to file case with the ECHR, against Ukraine responsible for material damage and moral damage as a result of offensive against Donbass, preliminary estimations show the damage caused is worth more than 130 bln," she said.

The Commission began working in November 2019 in Donetsk. *ot*pp
