Donetsk, Dec 28 – DAN. DPR public committee on recording Kiev forces war crimes is going to file 70 cases to International Criminal Court in The Hague, concerning child deaths in wake of Ukrainian armed forces offensive, said a member of the committee, lawyer Elena Shishkina.
"We are processing the files and I can announce that in January 2017 we plan to file them with the ICC. Currently there are 70 cases over child deaths."
Shishkina noted the commission was working hard to collect the data in the second half of 2016. Now the data on adolescent injuries is being collected.
The public committee on recording Kiev forces war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass.*ot
