Gorlovka, Jan 24 – DAN. Thousands DPR residents pay their last respects to DPR People's Militia Corporal Nikita Fokin, killed by a Ukrainian sniper. The memorial service took place in Gorlovka.
The DPR Head Denis Pushilin and DPR People's Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin have also been present to pay the tribute to the fallen soldier and extend their condolences to the family.
The funeral procession stretched over half a kilometer.
Fokin joined the People's Militia in 2018 and served in the unit No. 08803. He was killed aged 20 by a gunshot wound to the head while on duty in the morning of January 22 as Gorlovka came under Ukrainian attack. *ot
