Donetsk, Apr 8 - DAN. One hundred and seventy-seven new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.
“DPR medics have carried out 448 tests since Wednesday; 156 people tested positive and another 21 showed clinical and epidemiological signs of COVID-19,” the report said.
One hundred and thirty-five patients have fully recovered and another 11 have died over the designated period, the Ministry said. Forty-two reinfections were diagnosed in 76 rapid tests.
The DPR currently has 30,048 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 21,523 patients recovered, 6,221 continue in- or outpatient treatment and 2,304 died, according to the latest reports.*jk
