Donetsk, Jan 18 – DAN. DPR Road Safety Unit issued over 62 thousand license plates in 2016, said the press service of the unit.
"In 2016 DPR Road Safety Unit registered 62,640 car registration IDs and issued the appropriate license plates."
DPR started registration of vehicles on May 26, 2015. Currently five license centeres operate in the Republic - in Donetsk, Makeyevka, Gorlovka, Enakiyevo and Shakhtersk. A total of 67,026 vehicle plates were issued. *ot
