Donetsk, Apr 7 - DAN. A new COVID-19 case has been diagnosed in the Donetsk People’s Republic bringing the number of the infected people to six, the DPR Healthcare Ministry press service reported on Tuesday.
“A test identified another coronavirus infection contact in the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the report said.
The patient has been in self-isolation since he came from Moscow on March 31. Five days later he sought medical assistance, the Ministry said adding that he man had been taken to hospital in satisfactory condition. All the persons he had contact with are now in isolation.
On March 14, the DPR went on high alert in connection with the threat of the coronavirus infection. The Republic confirmed the first COVID-19 case on March 31.*jk
