Donetsk, Mar 30 - DAN. Two hundred and fifty-three new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
“DPR medics have carried out 884 tests since Monday; 229 people tested positive, and another 24 showed clinical and epidemiological signs of COVID-19,” the report said.
Seventy-two patients have fully recovered and six have died over the past 24 hours.
Forty-six reinfections have been recorded following 122 rapid tests over the designated period, the Ministry said.
The DPR currently has 28,950 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 21,044 patients recovered, 5,671 continue in- or outpatient treatment and 2,235 died, according to the latest reports.*jk
