Donetsk, Apr 1 - DAN. One hundred and twenty-nine new COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.
“DPR medics have carried out 421 tests since Wednesday; 107 people tested positive, and another 22 showed clinical and epidemiological signs of COVID-19,” the report said. Sixty patients have recovered and seven have died over the designated period.
The DPR currently has 29,228 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 21,144 patients recovered, 5,835 people continue in- or outpatient treatment and 2,249 died, according to the latest reports.
Thirty-three reinfections have been diagnosed in 63 rapid tests; the number of reinfections has reached 590 since March 18, 2021, the Ministry said.*jk
