Donetsk, Nov 23 – DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic medics have diagnosed 1,049 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
“DPR medics carried out 2,445 tests; 977 people tested positive and another 72 showed COVID-19 symptoms,” the report said. As many as 2,225 patients have been de-registered after recovery and 81 have died since Monday.
The DPR Healthcare Ministry strongly recommends to follow sanitary and hygiene requirements such as social distancing, airing rooms, frequent hand washing, avoiding public places and mask wearing.
The DPR has confirmed 103,464 COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic; 15,720 patients continue treatment, 79,888 have recovered and 7,856 have died, according to the latest reports.*jk
