DPR proposes Kiev the major prisoner swap "618 for 47"

Donetsk, Sep 22 – DAN. Kiev asked DPR for a written proposal on prisoner exсhange on an "all for all" basis, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Donetsk People's Republic Daria Morozova said.

"Consecutively implementing the terms of Point 6 of the Package of Measures that accounts for hostage exchange we proposed a swap of all confirmed detainees, thus it is "618 for 47" formula. Ukrainian side asked to address them in writing and we did it", she said.

Morozova said she hoped for an affirmative reply.

The Contact Group for Ukraine held a scheduled meeting in Minsk the previous day.
