Donetsk, Jan 30 – DAN. The DPR People's Militia is forming non-staff emergency response teams, said the head of the DPR People's Militia command press service Daniil Bezsonov.
"It has been decided to form non-staff emergency response teams within the People's Militia structure to be called out in case of man-made or environmental emergencies".
The DPR has recently carried out large-scale drills of civil defense forces involving emergency response teams and ministries. *ot
