Donetsk, Feb 7 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic parliament approved amendments to the law on health care that provide for setting up vaccination centers outside hospitals.

The document was presented by member of the house Committee on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood Protection Viktor Ischenko.

“The law fixes the norms on medical examination for vaccination (against COVID-19 eds Donetsk News Agency), complete and unbiased information on the need for preventive inoculation, vaccine refusal consequences, possible post-vaccination side-effects and vaccination outside hospitals,” Ischenko said. 

This document provides legal underpinning for an increase in the number of vaccination centers to corer as much area of the Republic as possible and give the opportunity to residents to get vaccinated outside hospitals, he added.

“These changes will help attain the necessary level of collective immunity which might eventually work towards decreasing or completely stopping the spread of the coronavirus infection,” Ischenko said.

All the 78 lawmakers unanimously voted for the 1st and 2nd readings of the document. It comes into force on the date of publication on the DPR parliament website.*jk
