DPR opens criminal case after woman injured in Golmovskiy

Donetsk, Nov 21 – DAN. DPR Prosecutor General's office has launched criminal investigation into the terrorist attack on Gorlovka perpetrated by a Ukrainian Army commander, which resulted in injury of a civilian woman.

"The investigation department is looking into the criminal case concerning shelling of the Golmovskiy township of the Nikitovskiy district of Gorlovka, which caused injury of a civilian woman", the Prosecutor General's office said.

Investigators believe that the mortar shelling was carried out by the 72nd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army. The command was issued by its commander Ruslan Tatus. Criminal case was opened against him under Art.229 p.2, a. A, C of the DPR Criminal Code.*ot
