Donetsk, Feb 18 – DAN. Three improvised explosive devices went off in the center of Donetsk today, the DPR mission to the JCCC said.
"This morning, three blasts of improvised explosive devices were recorded in the center of Donetsk. The explosives were wrapped in copper foil," the mission said.
The explosions occurred next to administrative buildings and the Park Inn hotel where the OSCE SMM members live.
"A segment of an electric detonator (industrial detonator EDPr) was recovered from the site."
This morning the sounds of blasts were clearly heard in central Donetsk at around 9 a.m. Investigators say one of the versions is detonation of explosives dropped by an unmanned aerial vehicle.*ot
