Donetsk, Apr 6 – DAN. About 800 police officers are going to provide security during Easter worship on the night of April 7 – 8, the DPR Interior Ministry announced.
"From 9 p.m. April 7 to 11 a.m. April 8 public events will be taking place in 44 townships across the DPR to celebrate the Easter. Easter Masses will be conducted in 185 places of worship."
The ministry said that 800 police officers, including 100 traffic police officers, would be sent to provide security.
"The police calls on DPR residents to abstain from excessive alcohol intake, to observe public order and to remain vigilant. If you notice a suspicious object or a person, please, inform the closest police officer on duty or call 102."
