Donetsk, Nov 1 – DAN. DPR repaired 11 civilian infrastructure objects in October, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said.
"Public enterprises filed 21 requests for repairs in October, the Mission and DPR representatives at the (Minsk) talks, despite Ukraine politicizing the situation, provided security guarantees for the repair works on 11 objects on an extraordinary basis."
The remaining 10 applications will be responded to on condition that Ukraine extends additional written security guarantees to finalize the scheduled repairs.
In October, the water pipes network was examined and repaired in the Shakhty 6/7 township and Zaitsevo; isolation valves were replaced in the horizontal sedimentation tanks of the Donetsk water treatment plant. Power lines were repaired in Staromikhailovka, Signalnoye, Spartak, Kominternovo, Krasnyi Partizan. Gas pipes were examined and repaired in the Svyato-Iverskiy monastery of Donetsk.
JCCC monitors accompany the staff of the Donetsk water treatment plant and Vasilyvskaya pumping station as they rotate shifts twice a day. The facilities provide water supply for the both territories separated by the line of contact. *ot
