DPR health ministry reports 739 new covid cases over 24 hours

Donetsk, Oct 12 – DAN. Seven hundred and thirty-nine new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.

“DPR medics carried out 1,405 tests on October 11; 643 people tested positive and another 96 showed COVID-19 symptoms,” the report said.

No tests were carried out at the weekend, the Ministry said.

The DPR has recorded 72,314 COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic; 56,109 people have recovered, 10,724 continue treatment, and 5,481 have died. *jk
