Donetsk, Oct 5 – DAN. Kiev has not confirmed its readiness for the major prisoner swap in Donbass conflict history proposed earlier by DPR, said the Republic's Commissioner for Human Rights Daria Morozova.

"We are disappointed by Kiev’s unwillingness to fulfill assumed obligations. We hoped to receive affirmative reply (to our proposal) to exchange detainees, but the swop did not transpire," she said.

Morozova reminded that Points 5 and 6 of the Package of Measures concerning amnesty and release of hostages remain unfulfilled and Ukraine "protracts the implementation of the abovementioned."

On September, 21st, at the Contact Group working group on humanitarian issues meeting DPR proposed a prisoner exchange on a "618 for 47" principle. A further official written propose was issued. Today another round of talks is scheduled in Minsk.
